Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology now has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Leasing Administrator to join our Commercial Services property team based in Bowen Hills.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administration support and assistance regarding the leasing process for new and existing premises within the practice's sizeable property leasing portfolio.

To be considered, you will have experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail, at the same time working accurately and efficiently. You will be able to easily navigate databases and common computer software to provide reporting documents and spreadsheets as required.
You will not only display initiative, resourcefulness and flexibility in your tasks but also have exceptional organisational, interpersonal and customer service skills to assist you in skilfully managing competing priorities.
Previous experience working in commercial property management or a legal office along with a willingness and passion to expand and grow your skills will be highly regarded.
