The high level of service provided by Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology is delivered by a dedicated staff comprising of pathologists, scientists, technicians, laboratory assistants, collection personnel, couriers, computer personnel, pathology services assistants and property management staff. The successful candidate will join a welcoming team, many of whom have stayed with the organisation for a number of years.
As a Medical Liaison Manager, your role will be to present the strengths of SNP to the nurses, doctors and key medical personnel with hospitals and medical centres within Brisbane and Ipswich. You will be able to communicate effectively and establish strong positive relationships with our clients.
Based out of our Bowen Hills reference laboratory, you will be highly mobile working on a territory in a hybrid sales and customer service role. A typical day will be spent within hospitals and medical practices where your focus will be to communicate and facilitate marketing activities that assist in the successful roll-out of services to grow business. Office time will be spent collaborating with your manager and the medical liaison group, analysing and reporting on business development success, reviewing results and strategic planning, as well as customer service resolution. You must be willing to attend seminars and conferences as a business representative as required. This may include "out of hours" work.

You will possess endless enthusiasm, determination and a solution-driven approach. The successful applicant will have the confidence to present and deliver product-related information to doctors to increase referrals for business growth.
Our ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who negotiates successful outcomes, solves problems and facilitates change management. Previous clinical experience within a hospital environment is not essential though well regarded.
