Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology services the Brisbane metropolitan area and regional areas extending as far north as Cairns and south to Coffs Harbour and provides a range of cardiac investigation & diagnostic services including Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring, Holter Monitoring and ECGs.
Applications are invited for an exciting full-time opportunity for a Histopathology Scientist in the Cairns Histopathology Laboratory.
The main aim of this varied role is to perform medical laboratory tests to provide advice for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases and other disorders.
Duties will include:
A Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Diploma in Clinical Laboratory Techniques or other relevant qualification is required. Experience is preferred, however individuals who are graduating in 2022 will be considered.
The ideal candidate will have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work as an effective team member. In addition, you will be exceptionally organised, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and perform duties with accuracy and efficiency.
