About your next opportunity

Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology now has an opportunity for a full-time Administrative Support Officer to join the Quality Systems team based at the Bowen Hills laboratory.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with a strong customer focus to join our small and cohesive team of support staff. This is a multi-skilled role where the successful applicant will perform a range of support and development duties on a rostered basis.

Duties will include:

  • providing user support for the information management systems supported by Quality Systems e.g. document management, incident management
  • performing basic system administration tasks for the above systems
  • performing task testing at the end user level
  • providing administrative support for accreditation tasks
  • assisting in the creation of elearning modules in collaboration with subject matter experts

Training in the information systems relevant to this role will be provided to the successful applicant.

You will be an enthusiastic and engaged person with a strong customer service focus, and an interest in e-learning development.

You will have an employment history that demonstrates initiative, attention to detail and good interpersonal skills. You will be the type of person who enjoys working in a collaborative and harmonious work environment where trust and team spirit are integral. You will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and will be able to contribute successfully to the completion of tasks and projects.

You will have advanced skills in Microsoft Office and skills/interest in digital content creation. You will have previous experience in the use of elearning software, and the use of learning management systems. Formal qualifications such as certificates in e-learning development are not required but would be well regarded. The successful applicant will also need to be comfortable delivering face to face training within a small group format when required.

Applicants must be flexible and available to travel within Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology sites if required to deliver on-site training and support.
