Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology has an exciting opportunity for a flexible and friendly Part-Time Courier to join their team in Mackay.
This is a flexible part-time role working 5 days per fortnight, plus relief work as required equating to 37.5 hours per fortnight.
Working a Monday to Friday roster, you will be responsible for the scheduled delivery and pick-up services to Doctor's surgeries in the Mackay region, administrative processing of pathology specimens and paperwork, and general administrative duties.
You'll possess a demonstrable history of reliability and strong customer service skills, and will be able to follow all relevant procedures and protocols, especially relating to patient confidentiality. Knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage.
In addition, you'll be able to ensure the transport of pathology specimens, stores and medical records in a timely manner. You will need to have held a current type O, class C driver’s licence for a minimum of 8 years. You will also need to have the ability to prioritise tasks and work to a schedule, and have proven ability to work efficiently and accurately within a team or autonomously.
