The high level of service provided by Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology is delivered by a dedicated staff comprising of pathologists, scientists, technicians, laboratory assistants, collection personnel, couriers, computer personnel, pathology services assistants and property management staff. Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology now has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Medical Liason Manager to join our team in Bowen Hills, QLD.
As a Medical Liason Manager, you will identify opportunities for SNP, ensuring excellent service delivery with a specific focus of business growth for SNP. You will communicate effectively and establish strong positive relationships with our customers, doctors, and key medical personnel.
Day-to-day duties will include (but not be limited to):
Maximise business development opportunities to grow Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology business interests.
Identify and address specific service needs, service inadequacies and opportunities, with a specific focus on retention of work and business growth.
Monitor the behaviour of competitors and recognize and diffuse threats to SNP business as a result of these behaviours.
Maintain a high level of customer service focus to promote Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology to the referring practitioners and their secretaries and receptionists, the patients, hospitals, nursing homes and other institutions in your area of responsibility
Develop and continually update knowledge of all medical centres (and hospitals as required) in the territory in relation to key contacts, specialist medical disciplines, medical personnel, ward operations and personnel and competitor’s activities.

To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in sales or customer service. Previous laboratory or science experience will be beneficial, but your previous industry is far less important than your proactive attitude and enthusiasm to grow into a new role.
Key to your success will be your great communication skills, endless enthusiasm, determination, tenacity, and solution-driven approach.
You will have a technical mind, and be able to deliver product-related information to doctors and key medical stakeholders to influence and drive referrals for business growth.

The successful candidates will enjoy a competitive salary circa $72,000 - $90,700 plus super, and the following permanent employee benefits:
