Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology now has an exciting full-time opportunity for an administrative professional to work in a Pathology Customer Service role based at our main laboratory in Bowen Hills, Brisbane. Hours are between 06.00 and 18.00, Monday - Friday, with participation in the Saturday/Sunday and public holiday roster.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing customer service assistance to our patients, collection staff, referring practitioners and Aged Care Facilities.
Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology’s multi-skilled customer service team is unique in that it is a varied role and will suit someone who thrives in a multi-skilled environment.

There are also many administration tasks that are performed daily which is why it is essential to work in many different computer applications, have an understanding and work within excel documents and have the ability to add notes to each patient file with speed and most of all accuracy.
Extensive training will be provided over a six month period.
