About the Opportunity
Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology now has an opportunity for a full-time Accounts Receivable Officer to join their Commercial Services Department in Bowen Hills, Brisbane.
The Commercial Services Department operates Monday to Friday, from 7am – 5pm. There is a requirement to be flexible for rotating start and finish times between these hours.
This role encompasses end to end Accounts Receivable tasks, including (but not limited to):
- Daily banking and reconciliation activities;
- Tasks relating to Medicare and Private Health Funds; and
- Billing, quoting, debt collection and other services.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience within an Accounts Receivable role and possess excellent communication skills. Competency in the use of computer programs is essential (primarily the Microsoft Office suite), and knowledge of the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) will be highly regarded.
This position would suit an enthusiastic self-starter who is team orientated and willing to jump into any task at hand. You will display strong organisational and analytical skills alongside a passion for continuous quality improvement.
