About the Opportunity
Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology is currently looking for a flexible part-time Pathology Services Assistant to join their Townsville Laboratory. Shifts arw between 1:30pm - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus participation in a rotating Saturday roster and sick/annual cover as required.
Duties will include:
- Data Entry
- Answering incoming phone calls
- General administrative duties within the laboratory
- Scanning of request forms
- Processing and registration of samples for analysis
- Specimen aliquoting and centrifugation
The successful applicant must be flexible, have the ability to multi-task and have excellent attention to detail. The role requires an enthusiastic attitude and the proven ability to work in a busy environment.
The successful applicant will possess excellent customer service and communication skills in dealing with both internal and external customers.
Please note this is not a courier position.
