About the Opportunity
Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology Lismore Laboratory has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Pathology Services Assistant to join their team based in Lismore, NSW.
Your key responsibility will be online specimen registration, preparing specimens for analysis/transport, receiving and organising deliveries, dispatching specimens, assisting laboratory personnel and courier driving as required.
Within this varied position, the successful applicant will provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, and relieve the courier. Laboratory experience/qualifications would be highly regarded.
To be successful in this role, you will have a flexible approach to your work, with the ability to work both independently and as a team member. You should have a demonstrated ability to prioritise your workload and work methodically in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work comfortably while under pressure cannot be underestimated in this role.
Most importantly, you will have the flexibility to work a range of shift times between 10:30am – 20:00pm Monday to Friday, plus participate in a Saturday courier roster with shift hours 9.30am – 17.30pm. A current driver's license is required.
